01Acceptance

By purchasing or using any of our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

02Digital Products

All products sold by FlameBullet are digital products and are provided "as is" unless otherwise stated.

03Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided if the purchased product does not function as intended. Refunds will not be issued for:

• User error or misuse.
• Failure to meet product requirements.
• Compatibility issues outside the listed requirements.
• We do not refund for cases of ban, account suspension.
• We do not refund for other unreasonable requests.
• Refund are not available for Creditcard/Mastercard Payments (For now).

04Private Products

Private (slotted) products are designed to limit the number of users with access. While this may reduce exposure over time, it is not a guarantee that the product will remain undetected or prevent account suspensions or bans.

05No Guarantee Against Bans

Using any third-party software carries inherent risk. FlameBullet does not guarantee that any product will remain undetected or that your account will never be suspended or banned.

06User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use our products and for any consequences resulting from their use.

07License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, leaking, or reverse engineering any FlameBullet product is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized, and may lead to severe consequences.

08Support

Support is provided only to verified customers who purchased through official FlameBullet ticket channels or directly from the owner.

09Authorized Payments

DO NOT purchase products through direct messages from anyone, including staff members or administrators.

Payments are only accepted:

• On this website, at flamebullet.shop.
• Through the official FlameBullet Discord.

You are only recognized as a FlameBullet customer if you bought directly from us through one of those two channels. A purchase made anywhere else - a reseller, a marketplace, a direct message, or any third party - is not recognized, carries no license, and receives no support.

10Reviews

Unrealistic and false reviews will result in a client account ban and we will not do further support.

Reviews are matched to a real paid order before they are published. Linking your Discord account attaches your Discord name and avatar to the reviews you write.

11Updates

These Terms of Service may be modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of any FlameBullet product constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

12Consequences

You're personally responsible for any consequences that may happen in an attempt to reverse engineer, crack, tamper in anyway with the provided softwares.

13DRM & Security Policy

We very strictly enforce our security system, and it's been enforced since May of 2026, we collect data from your machine for security reasons these may include :

• Your Hardware Identification, this will allow us to bind every license per user.
• Scanning system environment & integrity checks on our software, any violation will result in an immediate ban.
• Your data is only stored while using our product, we do not collect unnecessary & extra data, and the software does not run in behind the hood in any circumstance.
