01Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided if the purchased product does not function as intended. Refunds will not be issued for:

• User error or misuse.
• Failure to meet product requirements.
• Compatibility issues outside the listed requirements.
• We do not refund for cases of ban, account suspension.
• We do not refund for other unreasonable requests.
• Refund are not available for Creditcard/Mastercard Payments (For now).

02Accepted payments

Cards are accepted through our payment provider's hosted checkout - Visa, Mastercard and other major cards. Card fees are roughly 10-15% and may vary.

Cryptocurrency is also accepted. Network fees vary with the coin and the congestion at the time you pay.

Accepted coins:

• USDT
• LTC
• SOL
• USDC

Your card statement will not read FlameBullet. Our provider bills every partner under one shared descriptor, so the charge appears as “Enterprise Custom Plan”. Please do not raise a dispute over an unfamiliar name - open a ticket and we will confirm the order.

Refunds are not available on card payments, only on crypto.

03Authorized payments

DO NOT purchase products through direct messages from anyone, including staff members or administrators.

Payments are only accepted:

• Through official FlameBullet tickets.
• Directly with the Owner.

Payments made outside these methods are not recognized, and you will not be considered an official FlameBullet customer or receive support.

04No guarantee against bans

Using any third-party software carries inherent risk. FlameBullet does not guarantee that any product will remain undetected or that your account will never be suspended or banned.

Private (slotted) products are designed to limit the number of users with access. While this may reduce exposure over time, it is not a guarantee that the product will remain undetected or prevent account suspensions or bans.

05Resellers

We're not a reseller, it's the official discord server for flame bullet.

We cannot provide support for items purchased through a reseller. Your reseller is responsible for all customer service, so please contact them for assistance

06How to request one

Support is provided only to verified customers who purchased through official FlameBullet ticket channels or directly from the owner. Open a ticket with your order number and a description of the fault.
