01DRM & Security Policy
We very strictly enforce our security system, and it's been enforced since May of 2026, we collect data from your machine for security reasons these may include :
- Your Hardware Identification, this will allow us to bind every license per user.
- Scanning system environment & integrity checks on our software, any violation will result in an immediate ban.
- Your data is only stored while using our product, we do not collect unnecessary & extra data, and the software does not run in behind the hood in any circumstance.
02What this store collects
At checkout: your name, email address, billing country and address, the products ordered, the payment method chosen, and the payment reference returned by the provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
If you create an account: your name, email address, a hashed password, your sign-in timestamp, and - if you turn it on - a two-factor secret. Your balance is a ledger of every credit and debit, never a single editable number.
For support: the details you enter into a ticket and the messages exchanged on it. When a ticket is bridged from Discord, the Discord thread reference is stored so replies reach you.
For reviews: the name and text you choose to publish, the rating, and the product it relates to.
03How we use it
Machine data is used to enforce licensing and detect tampering, as described in the DRM & Security Policy above. Store data is used to take payment, deliver your licence, show you your order and key history, and answer your tickets.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond the payment provider needed to complete your order.
05Retention
Order and licence records are kept for as long as needed to honour the licence, handle disputes, and meet accounting obligations. Support tickets are kept so you can return to the conversation later.
You can ask us to close a ticket and remove its content once it is resolved, and you can ask for your account to be deleted. Deleting an account unlinks it from past orders; the order records themselves remain in the ledger.
06Resellers
We're not a reseller, it's the official discord server for flame bullet.
We cannot provide support for items purchased through a reseller. Your reseller is responsible for all customer service, so please contact them for assistance
